Can I register in the application?

No registration is required. Simply add the products you want to your inquiry list and enter your contact information in the final step. Accept the cookies, and your information will be saved so you don’t have to re-enter your contact details every time.

How do I place an order?
Log in to your customer account, place the items you want in the shopping basket and follow the order process. You can choose whether you want to collect the items from the local retailer or have them delivered directly to your desired address in Estonia.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, there is no minimum order quantity.

Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?
Changes or cancellations are only possible as long as the order has not yet been processed. Please contact customer service for this.

How can I track the status of my order?
You can view the status of your order in your customer account under "My orders".

Can I repeat an order?
Yes, you can view previous orders in your customer account and place a new order with just one click.
